Toggles with icons section
The Toggles with icons section shows questions and answers that open and close in Highlight, each with a theme or custom icon.

The Toggles with icons section shows a list of questions or titles that open and close to show their answer, each with an optional icon. Use it for an FAQ, shipping and returns information or product care. The bundled faq page template uses it.
Where to find it: Online Store → Themes → Customize → Add section → Toggles with icons (Content category).
- Heading shows a small title above the list. Default: "Toggles with icons".
- Heading tag sets the HTML level of the heading for search engines.
- All toggles start closed. Each one opens and closes on its own when a customer selects its title.
Blocks
Toggle
Each Toggle block is one question. The section starts with three; add as many as you need.
- Title is the question or title. Default: "Question title".
- Text is the answer, shown when the toggle opens. It supports bold, italic, links and lists.
- Select an icon picks one of 24 built-in icons, or None.
- Custom icon uploads your own icon instead. It must be a 76 x 76 px PNG. It replaces the selected icon.

How do I make an FAQ page?
Create a page in Shopify admin → Online Store → Pages, and choose the faq template under Theme template. Then open the page in the theme editor and write your questions in the Toggles with icons section. See Page.
Can a toggle be open when the page loads?
No. Every toggle starts closed, and customers open the ones they need.

Heading tag (dropdown, default: H2): Specify heading level to help search engines index the structure of your page. Options: H1, H2, H3, H4, span.

Where to find it: Toggles with icons → Add block → Toggle
Title (text field, default: "Question title"): Sets the toggle's question or title.
Text (rich text, default: "Write a complete answer to the most frequent questions that your customers might have, such as impo…"): Sets the answer shown when the toggle opens.
Select an icon (dropdown): Sets one of the 24 built-in icons, or None. A Custom icon replaces it.
