Collections list page
The Collections list page of Local shows all your collections, or the ones you pick, as collection cards.
Applies to: Local 4.2.1 and later. Added in: Local 1.0.0. Last checked: 2026-10-13 against Local 4.2.1.
The Collections list page is the page at /collections that lists your collections as cards. It shows all of them, sorted the way you choose, or only the ones you pick.

Layout
- Desktop layout sets 2, 3 (default) or 4 cards per row on desktop. The layout adapts on smaller screens.
- Media aspect ratio crops the collection images to the same shape: Short (4:3), Square (1:1, default), Tall (5:6) or Taller (2:3).
- Title size sets Small (default) or Large collection titles.
- Show product count adds the number of products under each title.
Collections
- Select collections to show lists All your collections (default) or only the Selected ones.
- Sort collections by: orders the full list alphabetically, by date or by product count. It applies only when All is selected.
- With Selected, add one Collection block per collection and drag them into order. A block's Image replaces the collection image on this page.
The card colors come from Theme settings → Colors → Cards.
How do I hide a collection from the collections list?
Set Select collections to show to Selected and add Collection blocks only for the collections you want to show. With All, every collection published to the Online Store appears.

Desktop layout (dropdown, default: 3 columns): The layout adapts itself for mobile devices. Options: 2 columns, 3 columns, 4 columns.

All of your collections are listed by default. To customize your list, choose 'Selected' and add collections.
Select collections to show (radio buttons, default: All): All lists every collection. Selected lists only the Collection blocks you add, in their order. Options: All, Selected.
Sort collections by: (dropdown, default: Alphabetically, A-Z): Orders the full list. It applies only when All is selected. Options: Alphabetically, A-Z, Alphabetically, Z-A, Date, new to old, Date, old to new, Product count, high to low, Product count, low to high.
