Social theme settings

The Social theme settings store your social media links in Seventh. The Social icons block and the footer read them from here.

The Social theme settings store the links to your social media profiles, your email, your phone number and one custom social link. Seventh shows an icon for each link you fill in.

Where the icons appear

Every place that shows social links reads them from this page:

  • The Social icons block, in any section or card that accepts it.
  • The Header section → Top row, with Show social links on.
  • The navigation drawer, when its social links setting is on.

Seventh shows an icon only for the fields you fill in, in the order of this page.

  • Write the email as mailto: followed by the address, for example mailto:hello@yourstore.com.
  • Write the phone as tel: followed by the number, for example tel:+40123456789.

Without the prefix, the link does not open the email app or the phone dialer.

How do I add a social network that is not listed?

Seventh supports one custom link:

  1. Under Custom link, upload an icon in Icon. Use a transparent PNG of 72 x 72 px; Seventh shows it at 24 x 24 px.
  2. Paste the profile address in Link, which appears after you upload the icon.

Favicon theme settings

The Favicon theme setting in Seventh sets the small icon browsers show in the tab and bookmarks for your store.

Header area

The header area of Seventh holds the Announcement bars section and the Header section, which appear at the top of every page of your store.
