What Highlight does not do
Limits of Highlight in one list: colors per section, custom fonts, per-market free shipping, unique badges outside collection grids, and what to do instead.

Can I change the colors of the header or one section?
Only in the sections that have color settings. Highlight is built with a "less is more" idea: one accent, one text and one background color for the whole store, so the asymmetrical layouts stand out on a clean page. Highlight does not support colors for the header, the menu drawer or the cart drawer, or a background color for most sections.
These parts have colors of their own:
- the Announcement bar and the Footer,
- the Image with hotspots, Images with text overlay, Video: background, Scrolling text and Image comparison (Dark or Light) sections,
- the Collections list page and the Popups blocks,
- the Card and Text card of the Flex sections.
For a colored block of content anywhere, use a Flex cards or Flex grid section. See Colors theme settings.
Can I upload my own font?
No, not with theme settings. Theme settings → Typography offers the fonts of Shopify's font library only, for headings, body text and testimonials. A font of your own needs changes to the theme code, which Krown support does not provide and which you must repeat after each update. See Custom CSS and code.
Can I set a free shipping amount per market?
No. Highlight does not support different free shipping thresholds per market. The free shipping bar uses one amount, in your store's default currency, converted for other currencies. Use a shipping app, or request custom work. See Cart theme settings.
Can I show unique product badges in sliders?
No. Unique product badges show only in the Featured collection section, on collection pages and in search results. Highlight does not show them in the Products slider, Product recommendations or the product popup, or on sold-out products, which show the Sold out badge instead. See Product card theme settings.
Product pages
- Highlight does not send back in stock emails to customers. The Back in stock alert block emails you, and you notify the customer yourself. Use a back in stock app for automatic emails. See Product page.
- Highlight does not take pre-orders with special payment terms. Show "pre-order" button label changes only the button text. Use a pre-order app. See Product page.
- Highlight does not support app blocks in the Quick view popup; the Quick view section has no blocks. Place the app block on the product page instead. See Quick view.
- Highlight does not show product ratings from apps other than the eight in Theme settings → Product card → Rating app. Use the app's own app block on the product page. See Product card theme settings.
Sections and blocks
- Highlight does not autoplay its sliders. The Slideshow: horizontal, Images with text slider, Products slider and Testimonials sections move when customers drag or use the arrows. For movement without a click, use Scrolling images or Scrolling text.
- Highlight does not play YouTube or Vimeo videos in the Video: background section, only videos uploaded to Shopify. The Video: popup section plays YouTube and Vimeo videos.
- Highlight does not support a whole-card link on the Card of the Flex cards section. Use a Button block, or a Media card or Text card of the Flex grid section. See Card.
- Highlight does not let buttons work inside a Text card that has its own Link. Clear the card's link to use the buttons. See Text card.
- Highlight does not read product reviews in the Star rating block. Its stars show a value you set. See Star rating block.
- Highlight does not support an even layout in the Gallery section. Use Images with text slider or a Flex grid with cards of the same size. See Gallery section.
- Highlight does not support more than 8 slides in Slideshow: vertical, 9 in Slideshow: horizontal, 10 hotspots in Image with hotspots, 6 quotes in Testimonials or 3 columns in Text columns with icons. Add a second section for more.
- Highlight does not mark the headings of the Rich text section as HTML headings for search engines. Use the Heading section or the Heading block of the Flex sections. See Rich text section.
Collection and search pages
- Highlight does not show the promotional block on the search page, or after the first page of a collection. See Collection page.
- Highlight does not show the home page collection (
