Cart page
The Cart page in Seventh shows the cart at /cart with its items and subtotal. Most cart options are in Cart theme settings.

The Cart page shows the cart at the /cart address: the cart items on the left and a subtotal card with the checkout button on the right. Most cart options are set store-wide in Cart theme settings.
Where to find it: in the theme editor, open the template picker and select Cart. The template has two sections, Main header and Cart grid.
Page content
- Main header: the page title ("Cart" by default). Its settings are the same as on other page templates. See Regular page.
- Cart grid: the Cart items block, which has no settings, and the subtotal card. The subtotal card holds the free shipping bar, cart notes, discount code, shipping calculator, gift wrapping, terms checkbox and the checkout buttons, when they are turned on.
What the cart shows is set in Theme settings → Cart, and applies to both the cart page and the cart drawer.
Turning on cart features
Cart notes, discounts and the free shipping bar are Theme settings, not Cart grid settings. Open Theme settings → Cart and turn on what you need:
- Enable cart notes
- Enable cart discounts
- Enable shipping calculator
- Show free shipping minimum amount
- Enable terms and conditions requirement for checkout
Gift wrapping needs a product selected in Theme settings → Cart → Gift wrapping. Each option is described in Cart theme settings.
Checkout is controlled by Shopify, not by Seventh. The checkout button sends customers to Shopify checkout, which you change in Shopify admin → Settings → Checkout.
When do customers see the cart page instead of the cart drawer?
When Theme settings → Cart → Cart type is Page. Seventh then does not load the cart drawer, and the cart icon in the header leads to the cart page. With Cart type set to Drawer (default), the cart opens as a drawer, and the cart page is still reachable at /cart. On the cart page itself, the cart drawer never opens. See Cart drawer section.
Can the cart page show product recommendations?
No. Seventh does not support cart recommendations or upsells on the cart page. They appear only in the cart drawer, set in Drawers group → Cart drawer. To show suggestions, keep Cart type on Drawer so customers see them in the cart drawer, or add an upsell app block to the cart page.

Cart grid section: Subtotal design
Where to find it: Cart → Cart grid → Subtotal design
Color scheme (color scheme, default: Scheme 2): Sets the color scheme of the subtotal card that holds the checkout button.
Corner radius (dropdown, default: None): Sets the corner rounding of the subtotal card. Options: None, Slighty rounded, Rounded, Fully rounded.

Where to find it: Cart → Cart grid → Section design
The Cart grid section uses the standard Section design settings, listed in General section styling. In this section the group has only Color scheme, Top padding and Bottom padding.
Color scheme (color scheme, default: Scheme 1).
Top padding (dropdown, default: Default). Options: Default, None, Smaller, Larger, Largest.
Bottom padding (dropdown, default: Default). Options: Default, None, Smaller, Larger, Largest.
