Gift card page
The Kingdom gift card page shows the code, balance and QR code of a gift card a customer received, with your logo at the top.

The gift card page is the page a customer opens from the gift card email. It shows your logo, the gift card value or the remaining balance, the expiry date, the code to use at checkout and a QR code, with buttons to start shopping, print the card and add it to Apple Wallet.

Logo
- Logo image is the logo at the top of the page. Without an image, the page shows your store name as text.
- Logo image width sets its width, from 50 to 250 px.
The texts on the page, such as "Here's your gift card!", are theme texts. Change them in Shopify admin → Online Store → Themes → … → Edit default theme content.
Can customers send a gift card to someone else?
Yes, with Shopify's recipient form on the product page. Customers select "I want to send this as a gift" and enter:
- the recipient's email and name;
- a message of up to 200 characters;
- a send date. Shopify sends the gift card email to the recipient on that date.
Assign the gift card template
In Shopify admin, open your gift card product and set Theme template to gift-card. That template has the recipient form on already.
Check the Buy buttons block
In the theme editor, open Products → gift-card, select the Buy buttons block and make sure Show recipient information form for gift card products is on.
Test it
Open the gift card product on your storefront. The recipient checkbox shows above the Add to cart button.
When the recipient form is on, the dynamic checkout button is hidden on gift card products, so the recipient details always go through the cart.
Why does the gift card page show my store name instead of my logo?
Because the gift card page has its own Logo image setting. It does not use the logo of the Sidebar section. Upload the logo again in the Gift card template.

Logo image (image): Sets the logo at the top of the gift card page. It is separate from the Sidebar logo; without an image, the store name is shown as text.
Logo image width (slider 50 to 250 px, step 2, default: 100 px): Sets the width of the logo on the gift card page.
