Forms and buttons theme settings
The Forms & buttons theme settings of Combine set the border width and corner radius of form fields and buttons across the store.
Applies to: Combine 4.2.0 and later. Added in: Combine 1.0.0. Last checked: 2026-10-13 against Combine 4.2.0.
The Forms & buttons theme settings set the border width and the corner radius of every form field and every button in your store. They do not set colors: buttons take their color from Theme settings → Colors → Body → Text (see How do I change the button colors?).

Form elements
- Border width sets the outline of text fields, text areas and dropdowns, such as the newsletter field, the contact form, the cart note and the search field, from 1 to 4 px.
- Border radius rounds the corners of these fields, from 0 (square) to 30 px.
Buttons
- Border width sets the outline of the theme buttons, from 1 to 3 px.
- Border radius rounds the corners of the theme buttons, from 0 (square) to 30 px.
- The same Border radius is used for the variant options shown as blocks and for Shopify's accelerated checkout buttons (Shop Pay, Apple Pay and others) in the cart and on the product page.
Can I make one button round and the others square?
No, not with theme settings. Border radius under Buttons applies to every theme button at once. To change the buttons of one section only, add CSS in that section's Custom CSS field (see Custom CSS and code).
