Custom Liquid block

The Custom Liquid block adds your own Liquid or HTML code inside a Split Flex card or Text card. Krown support does not help with custom code.

The Custom Liquid block adds your own Liquid or HTML code inside a Card or Text card, for example an app snippet or an embed code.

Where to find it: select Add block inside a Card or Text card, then choose Custom Liquid.

Adding code

  • Paste the code into Custom Liquid. It runs where the block sits in the card, between the other blocks.
  • An empty block adds nothing to the page.
  • For code that needs the full width of the page, use the Custom HTML / Liquid section instead.

Krown support does not help with custom code. Code that breaks the page or stops working after a theme update is not covered. See Custom work and code changes.

Does Custom Liquid code survive a theme update?

Yes. The code lives in the block settings, so it stays with the template when you keep your settings. It is not checked against the new theme version: test the page after every update. See Custom work and code changes.

Content group
