Image block

The Image block adds a small image or logo inside a Split Flex card or Text card, with a height in pixels and an optional link.

Applies to: Split 5.1.0 and later. Added in: Split 5.0.0. Last checked: 2026-10-13 against Split 5.1.0.

The Image block adds a small image, such as a logo or an icon, inside a Card, Text card or Content group, at the height you set and with an optional link.

Where to find it: select Add block inside a Card, Text card or Content group, then choose Image.

  • Image: select the image. Its width follows from its proportions, so it is never cropped.
  • Height sets the image height on screens wider than 1024 px, 40 to 240 px (default 80 px). On phones and on tablets held upright the image is three quarters of that height (at least 60 px), and at 480 px and narrower half of it (at least 40 px).
  • Link makes the image clickable. Open link in a new window shows once a link is set.
  • The image follows the card's text alignment.

For a large image that fills the card, use the card's own Image instead. See Flex card or Text card.

How do I show several logos in a row?

Add a Content group inside the card, then add one Image block per logo inside it. The images sit side by side and wrap to a new line when the card is narrow. See Content group block.
