Custom Liquid block
The Custom Liquid block adds your own HTML or Liquid code inside a Kingdom flex card. Krown support does not help with custom code.
Applies to: Kingdom 6.2.0 and later. Added in: Kingdom 6.0.0. Last checked: 2026-10-13 against Kingdom 6.2.0.
The Custom Liquid block adds your own HTML or Liquid code inside a flex card: a Card of the Flex cards section or a Text card of the Flex grid section. Use it for a small embed, such as a countdown or a form from another service, next to the card's other blocks.
Where to find it: select Add block inside a Card or a Text card in the theme editor, then choose Custom Liquid.
Adding your code
- Paste the code into Custom Liquid. A block with an empty field shows nothing.
- The code sits between the card's other blocks, in the order you drag them, and follows the card's text alignment and spacing.
- The code is a setting, so it stays in place when you update Kingdom.
For code that needs the full page width, use the Custom HTML / Liquid section instead.
Krown support does not provide help with custom code. If the code comes from an app or a service, ask its support for help with it. See Custom work and code changes.
Why does my code not show in the card?
Because the field is empty, or the code needs a script that runs only on the live storefront. Save, then check the page in the storefront preview. If the code still does not show, check it with the service that gave it to you.
