Applies to: Kingdom 6.2.0 and later. Added in: Kingdom 6.0.0. Last checked: 2026-10-13 against Kingdom 6.2.0.
The Content group block places Button, Image and Caption blocks next to each other in one row inside a flex card, for example two buttons side by side, or a logo next to a label.
Where to find it: select Add block inside a Card or a Text card in the theme editor, then choose Content group. Then select Add block inside the Content group.
Grouping blocks in a row
Add the Content group
Inside the card, select Add block → Content group, and drag it to where the row should sit.
Add the blocks of the row
Select the Content group, then Add block, and choose Button, Image or Caption. These three are the only blocks a Content group accepts.
Set the spacing
Set Horizontal spacing between blocks to Small (14 px, the default) or Medium (24 px).
- The row follows the card's text alignment: left, center or right.
- When the blocks do not fit in one row, they wrap onto the next line.
- On screens 480 px wide or less, the blocks stretch to share the row width.
Why can I not add a Heading or a Text to a Content group?
Because a Content group accepts only Button, Image and Caption blocks. Add the Heading and the Text to the card itself, above or below the Content group.
