Custom Liquid block
The Custom Liquid block adds your own Liquid or HTML code inside a Card or Text card in Highlight's Flex sections.

The Custom Liquid block adds your own HTML or Liquid code inside a card of the Flex sections, next to the other blocks of the card. Use it for a small embed or a line of Liquid, such as a metafield value.
Where to find it: Online Store → Themes → Customize → select a Card (Flex cards section) or a Text card (Flex grid section) → Add block → Custom Liquid.
The code
- Custom Liquid holds the code. It accepts HTML, Liquid, and
<style>or<script>tags. The block shows nothing while it is empty. - The code sits in the card's flow of blocks, so the card's text alignment and spacing apply to it.

Should I use the block or the Custom HTML / Liquid section?
Use the block for code that belongs inside a card, next to a heading or a button. Use the Custom HTML / Liquid section for code that needs a whole area of the page, such as a form or a widget.
