Custom Liquid block
The Custom Liquid block of Borders runs your own Liquid or HTML code inside a column or content group.
Applies to: Borders 3.1.0 and later. Added in: Borders 3.0.0. Last checked: 2026-10-13 against Borders 3.1.0.
The Custom Liquid block adds your own code inside a column or a card: HTML, Liquid, or an embed code from another service.
Where to find it: Online Store → Themes → Customize → a Flex columns column, or a Flex grid Text card or Media card → Add block → Custom Liquid
Settings
- Custom Liquid holds the code. Liquid objects of the page work, for example
{{ product.title }}on a product template. - An empty block shows nothing.
- The code is not checked by Borders. Broken HTML can break the layout of the section.
For code across a whole row of the page, use the Custom HTML / Liquid section instead.
