Nomad preset
The Nomad preset of Split: its colors, fonts, cart page, home page, header and footer, compared with the Split preset.
The Nomad preset gives Split a darker look: a near-black header and drawers over a light grey page, with Jost headings and DM Sans text. It installs the same theme files and templates as the other presets.
Where to find it: choose Nomad on the Split listing of the Shopify Theme Store. Demo store: split-theme-nomad.myshopify.com.

With Cart type Page, adding a product opens the cart page instead of the cart drawer. See Cart theme settings.
Header, footer and overlays
- Header group: a Scrolling text section instead of the announcement bar, then the Header and the Breadcrumb.
- Header: Desktop menu style Drawer, Sticky header Always, Hide border on, Show collection images on, the promotion block off, and the language and country selectors on.
- Footer group: Email signup and the Footer.
- Overlay group: the Popup (with Enable popup off) and the Cookies banner, with their default settings, as in every preset. See Popup section and the Overlay group.
Home page
The Nomad home page shows, from the top: Slideshow, Featured collection, Heading, two Images with text sections, Collection slider, Video: background, Heading, Featured product and Countdown banner.
Templates included
Nomad installs the same templates as the other two presets. Only the home page and the Header and Footer groups are the preset's own. The alternate templates are contact, lookbook, sale and story for pages and story for products: see Regular page and Product page.
Can I use the Nomad home page in another preset?
Not directly. The home page comes only with the preset you install. In a store that runs another preset, add the same sections to your home page in the theme editor and set the same values.
