Find your collaborator code
Your collaborator code is a 4-digit code that lets Krown support send a request to access your store. Find it in Shopify admin settings.
Applies to: All Krown themes. Last checked: 2026-10-13.
A collaborator code is a 4-digit code that lets Krown support send a request to access your store, so it can debug a problem or fix a theme bug faster. Send it with your support request to shorten the time to a fix.
Where to find it: Shopify admin → Settings → Users → Security → Collaborators
What is a collaborator code?
Shopify asks a Shopify Partner, such as Krown support, for this code before the partner can request access to your store. Only partners you give the code to can send a request. The request then waits for your approval.
Find your collaborator code
Open the Users settings
In Shopify admin, open Settings → Users (shown as Users and permissions on a store that is not part of an organization).
Open Security
Select Security and find the Collaborators section.
Copy the code
Select the 4-digit code to copy it, and send it to Krown support with your store address.
Is it safe to share my collaborator code?
Yes. The code only lets a partner send an access request. Nothing happens until you approve it, you choose which permissions the collaborator gets, and you can remove the access at any time in Settings → Users. If you think the wrong person has the code, select Generate new code: the old code stops working.
